Real Estate Duties

  • Enter and maintain records of all real estate transfers in the County
  • Keeps the plat maps and transfer books current so that the public can examine the books to determine property ownership. We have transfer books for the County that date back to the 1800's.
  • Surveyor's creating new parcels can contact the Auditor's Office to receive a Parcel letter.
